Dr. Kupec and his staff work closely together as a team. They have the specialized training necessary to prevent, diagnose, and treat your dental conditions. They stay current on the latest advances in research and treatment so you know you'll get the most advanced care available anywhere.

Dr. Kupec

You deserve to know a little more about us. My name is Mark Kupec. You can call me doctor or Mark. It doesn’t make any difference to me. I have a beautiful wife, Zandra, and two equally beautiful children, Kessa and Steel. You may have already seen them in the pictures up front or in one of my ads. This practice opened in 1986. I’m the third owner, and we still have many patients that have been with us all along. I moved the practice from Pflugerville in November of 2000. My dental degree is from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and my BA in biology is from Baylor University. I guess that makes me a Bear and a Longhorn. I am a member of the American Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, Lone Star Dental Seminars, and the past president of the Austin Dental Study Club.

Joanne is your business manager. She has been at the front of things for 16 years. She was raised and married into the military and finally settled in Austin. She has 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She's looking forward to this new phase of her life and an extended stay with Dr. Kupec.

Tisa is your Dental Assistant. She has been assisting since 1997. She's been here since 11 years of age from South Padre. She went to assisting school here at the Career Advancement Center. She has two dogs, Mia and Vixen. She loves to travel and likes anything pumpkin spice.

Amy is your Dental Hygienist. She's been in the dental field for 10 years as a Dental Assistant and Hygienist. She has an incredible attention to detail, including being a stickler about infection control.

Freedom is your Friday Dental Assistant. She is also a native Texan from the Austin area. Her certification in dental assisting is from The Career Advancement Center in Austin she has been assisting since 1998 with certifications to administer x-rays and nitrous oxide. The men in her life are husband James III and two sons James IV and Travis.
